"Awesome Sofa, but delivery left me frustrated..."
The sofa is fantastic, but I’m not too pleased with Furdeco, the delivery folks. On their first try, the truck broke down, and on the second go, they zipped in and out so quickly that the assembly was all wrong. I couldn’t tell just by sitting on it, but when I went to move it, I found out they hadn’t done it right. They just shrugged it off, saying I signed for it, so I guess it’s my problem now.

Top-notch quality 3-seat Charlotte Sofa 3 made in the UK, along with a footstool, arrived quickly. The customer support and delivery were outstanding. I highly suggest this - after dealing with some low-quality imported sofas from other sellers before.

Amazing support throughout the process! I ran into a problem while ordering my sofa, and they went above and beyond to assist me. There was a minor hiccup before delivery, but it got resolved in less than an hour! Initially, I was told it would take 11 weeks to arrive, but it showed up in just 3 weeks! My sofa looks stunning and is crafted really well, plus the affordable price is just the cherry on top.
